BBC World Service - The Forum: William Fulbright and International Scholarships

Brazilian Fulbrighter Vitoria Prochet (Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) scholar 2014-2015 at University of Nebraska at Omaha) and Nilofar Sakhi from Afghanistan (Fulbright Scholar- MA in Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding 2005-2006 at the Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Virginia) will be taking part in the BBC World Service's Forum programme in June.

Joining them with be  Prof. Randall B. Woods, whose book Fulbright: A Biography won the 1996 Robert H. Ferrell Prize for the Best Book on American Foreign Relations and the Virginia Ledbetter Prize for the Best Book on Southern Studies, and Prof. Joan Dassin who is the recipient of three Fulbright Scholar Awards for teaching and research in Brazil.

The programme is called William Fulbright and International Scholarships and we encourage Fulbrighters past and present to join the debate with questions and comments via the BBC Forum Facebook Page, tweeting @BBCTheForum or by email
